UKLandlord.App provides information, tooling and AI-assisted content to help UK landlords manage properties and documents. We do not provide legal advice or act as solicitors.

Content, including AI-generated outputs, is for general information only and is not legal advice. AI is not a solicitor. Always verify critical actions with a human. You remain responsible for decisions and compliance. For complex or high-risk matters, consult a qualified UK solicitor.
3. No Reliance
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency. Laws and guidance change frequently. Verify critical information against official sources (e.g., GOV.UK) and professional advisers.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business interruption.

Templates are provided "as is". You must review and adapt them to your circumstances. We are not responsible for outcomes of tenant communications, notices, or court filings.
7. Fair Use and Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer, attack, or attempt to access unauthorised data. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts for abuse.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
